You get an ICC Code Certified Combination Residential Inspector.  That includes ICC Certification for Plumbing, Building Structure, Electrical and Mechanical (which is your heating and air conditioning systems).

 A complete digital report which is available for you to download or visit at the Accurate Home Analysis website whenever you want and wherever you are.

The report is complete with anotated color pictures and a Summary Report of items that either require correction or in the inspector's view are important for you to take special note of.
